If required, CoreLogic SafeRent can also conduct a manual, physical examination of specific county criminal files (see county criminal report), which is typically completed within 48-72 hours. The statewide criminal report pulls from DOC (Department of Corrections) and/or AOC (Administrative Office of the Court), depending upon the state requested. This report is an excellent option for clients that want to check for criminal activity in a specific state and cast a wider net than a county criminal report can offer. The statewide criminal report is also an excellent supplement to those users not utilizing CrimCHECK, which is our Multi-State Criminal Search. You have the option to select a specific state or collection of states to run a statewide report from our Custom Advantage menu option on your service menu. Utilizing the information gleaned from the IDentify report (previous address history), you can make calculated state selections based on known residences of the applicant.
