Application Process
CONTACT INFORMATION: The application process will ask a series of specific questions about the person making the application and the residential rental property business that will be utilizing consumer report information.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION: We will use your credit card and Social Security number to confirm your identity, as well as information provided. This identity verification process utilizes Experian's Precise ID solution to ask you several questions in a timed format, which only you will know the answer to.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE: Once your identity is confirmed, you will need to read and electronically sign CoreLogic SafeRent's RPP Screening Service Agreement. This also includes our Policies and Procedures for RPP subscribers, as well as some notices concerning your obligation and consumers' rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
USERNAME AND PASSWORD: After executing the RPP Screening Service Agreement, you will create a unique username and password for access to the RPP website. At this point in time, you will have full access privileges as an RPP Basic subscriber. Should you elect to upgrade to either service level 2 (RPP ScorePLUS), or service level 3 (RPP ScorePLUS Advantage), you will be given the option to do so at the end of the service level one application process. Should you elect to not upgrade to a higher service level during the initial application process, you will be afforded the opportunity to do so at your convenience via the UPGRADE button located on your RPP Basic service menu.
